  • Free weights
  • Cardio Machines (Treadmill, elliptical, etc.)
  • Plyometric training
  • Functional Training (TRX, BOSU, Battle Ropes, etc.)

 

Personal Training Rates:

$45 per ½ Hour session

$75 per 1 Hour session

Special Internet package deal, buy 20 ½ Hour sessions for $800 or 20 1 Hour sessions for $1300

All packages include nutritional counseling, ongoing body composition measurements and unlimited use of our cardiovascular equipment
